May 30 with the support of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation in the State Historical and Ethnographic Reserve " Gala " opened the festival "Gala" and III International exhibition " From waste to art ."

The festival brings together about 3,000 children from secondary schools and boarding schools , orphanages, families of refugees .

The festival, held since 2010 with the support of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation , aims to preserve , popularize and promote the rich history and traditions of the Azerbaijani people. The festival in the open air on display works of talented children perform dance ensembles , hosts a variety of interactive games .
